Senior Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Meet sales goals by filling workshops open to the public, and selling
staff training programs to organizations
2) Design and implement Marketing Plans; track results
Marketing to Generate Sales & Manage the Brand
Design an integrated set of marketing messaging through a variety of social
media channels and PR. Establish promotional calendar and budget.
Design and track results of customer feedback surveys, focus groups and
Launch a revised website. Set budget, choose vendors, and track
Workshops and Events
Manage production and distribution of training materials inc. handouts,
videos, notebooks, etc. Post-Covid, negotiate contracts for event sites, and
handle site logistics.
OTHER ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Interested in experience designing and marketing virtual training programs.
Interested in experience finding collaborators to increase sales and brand
Work with Founder, full-time Marketing Coordinator, and InwardBound
trainers and facilitators. Vendors/service providers inc. website developers,
media, printers, photographers & videographers, and event coordinators.
- Set and meet sales goals; design grass roots marketing plan for
- Experienced with social media to build brand and promote sales
- Experienced with MailChimp database and targeted marketing
- Work with a small budget while maintaining high quality
- Expertise with Apple systems/products

proactive, enjoys creating systems to improve organization and efficiency.
Part-time, can grow into full time. Founder located in So. Calif; prefers
someone in the same time zone.
