He currently holds the position of CFO for Quality Care for Children, Inc., a local Atlanta-area nonprofit. Prior to working with QCC, Jon has held chief financial officer and controller positions with Atlanta area private sector companies in the distribution, software, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C

Andrea provides coaching to external clients and has coached over 100 leaders outside North Highland in addition to many years of internal coaching using the Results Coaching System, a neuroscience-based approach to coaching. She brings additional leadership expertise in operational line management, finance, customer service, and business process redesign.

On boards of the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, Metro Atlanta Chamber Education Committee, the Governor’s Office of Workforce Development, and GA Public Education Foundations.
